CON JAM\u00d3N DE NAVIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La vengo haciendo desde hace un par de a\u00f1os, pero desde que la sub\u00ed en mi Instagram el a\u00f1o pasado y tanta gente me escribi\u00f3 que la hizo y disfrut\u00f3 tanto, es que me puse a escribir la receta y ya forma parte de mi lista de recetas familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una pasta que tendr\u00e1s lista en menos de 10 minutos utilizando las sobras de tu jam\u00f3n de navidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes para aproximadamente dos personas que coman buena cantidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasta larga o la de tu preferencia \/ Jam\u00f3n de navidad en trozos \/ queso feta \/ queso parmesano \/ red pepper flakes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex \/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortas el jam\u00f3n en pedazos medianos y a la sart\u00e9n a fuego medio para que bote un poco de grasa de los gorditos (son necesarios en este caso porque necesitas la grasa para luego). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocinas la pasta hasta 30 segundos antes de estar lista y la sacas directamente del agua hacia la sart\u00e9n (cuidado que puede saltar un poco el aceite al hacer contacto con el agua). Media taza de parmesano rallado y media de queso feta (yo compro la marca Arla para esto, porque se me pone cremoso bien r\u00e1pido). Le sacas del agua donde cocinaste la pasta una media taza y revuelves. Vas ajustando de acuerdo a la cremosidad que quieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modificaciones que puedes hacer: utilizar pimienta negra y no red pepper flakes (a mi me gusta el contraste m\u00ednimo de picante que le da), agregar romero o tomillo, agregarle huevo y llevarla m\u00e1s para el lado de la carbonara&#8230; en fin&#8230; lo que quieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
