Es de Santiago y anteriormente trabaj\u00f3 por mucho tiempo en el restaurante El Cortijo. Tuve la oportunidad de visitarlo y hablar con \u00e9l durante un almuerzo de domingo con el restaurante lleno al 100% y con fila de gente esperando ser acomodada.
