Recuerden que est\u00e1 en temporada y que lo deben ir reservando pronto ya que hay muy pocos restaurantes que lo sirven. Tienen un toque \u00e1cido que nuca va mal con un plato y el contraste que hace con los hongos frescos\u00a0lo lleva a otro nivel.<\/p>\n<p>Luego est\u00e1n los \u00a0mejillones gratinados que lo que lo hace diferente es la salsa no tradicional de tomate con un toque de la cocina espa\u00f1ola.
